  • 2 pack 14.1 oz artisanal flatbread
  • 5 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella (sliced)
  • 4 roma tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Extra sliced basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped roma tomatoes, sliced basil, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Place the flatbread on the baking sheet and spread pesto evenly over it.
  4. Arrange sliced mozzarella on top of the pesto.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before topping with the bruschetta mixture.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with extra basil leaves if desired.
