  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • Whipped topping (fat-free or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
