  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1½ tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar; sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter and whisk in eggs and apple cider vinegar until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt; then gradually add to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  4. Knead gently on a floured surface for about 5 minutes. Let rise in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon for the filling.
  6. Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, roll tightly, slice into pieces, and place in a greased pan.
  7. Cover again and let rise for another 30 minutes before baking at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Prepare frosting by beating cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth; drizzle over rolls.
