Ingredients

  • 3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely shred the green and purple cabbage.
  2. Grate the carrots using a box grater or food processor.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the shredded cabbages and grated carrots into the bowl; toss until evenly coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 40 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
