  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 bunch Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of 23 Limes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers for 15-20 minutes to prevent splintering.
  2. Cube the watermelon and feta into 1-inch pieces and wash the basil and mint leaves.
  3. Assemble the skewers by alternating watermelon, basil leaves, feta, and mint leaves.
  4. Place the assembled skewers on a platter.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
