  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled turkey bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of filling diagonally across the center. Fold over the bottom corner, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly; seal edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry eggrolls seam side down in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
