  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and quartered)
  • 1 beaten egg mixed with 1 teaspoon water (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
