Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 pound Top Sirloin Steak (cubed)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 orange bell pepper (cubed)
  • 6 green onions (green ends cut)

Instructions

  1. Cut the top sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large plastic zip lock bag, combine the beef and marinade ingredients: olive oil, beef broth, lemon juice, garlic, curry powder, and salt. Seal the bag and massage it gently to mix the marinade; refrigerate overnight.
  3. Slice the orange bell pepper into cubes and trim the ends off the green onions.
  4. Remove the beef from the marinade and skewer it alternately with bell pepper and green onion.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade until cooked through.
