  • 1 pint strawberries (washed)
  • 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp. almond extract (or vanilla)
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • Blueberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries thoroughly and dry them with paper towels. Cut off the green tops to allow them to sit flat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, almond extract, and confectioners' sugar. Mix until creamy and smooth.
  3. Cut an ‘X’ in the pointed end of each strawberry without cutting through. Fill a pastry bag or zip-lock bag with the cream cheese mixture and pipe it into each strawberry.
  4. Top each stuffed strawberry with a blueberry for added decoration and flavor.
