  • 4 Pueblo chile peppers (roasted, peeled, seeded)
  • 6 ounces Muenster cheese (or Enchilada or Pepper Jack)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chile powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions
