  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Slices Colby-Jack cheese
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • Kings Hawaiian chicken hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Make the aioli by mashing garlic and salt, then mixing in mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, and parsley. Chill.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crisp; set aside and toast hamburger buns in the remaining grease until golden brown.
  3. Combine ground beef with grated onion, heavy cream, salt, and pepper; form into patties coated in cracked black pepper.
  4. Grill patties for about 5 minutes per side over medium-high heat, adding cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Assemble burgers on buns with lettuce, onions, turkey bacon, and aioli.
