  • 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (64 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (25 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted

  2. Melt the semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt until just combined; avoid overmixing.
