  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2½ cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping (for topping)

Instructions

  1. For the crust: Combine crushed Lemon Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes until firm.
  2. For the cream cheese layer: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. For the lemon pudding layer: Whisk together instant lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. For topping: Spread remaining whipped topping over the lemon pudding layer.
  5. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
