  • 400 g crushed tomatoes

  • Bocconcini cheese

  1. Prepare the eggplant by slicing it, salting it, and allowing it to drain for 40 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  3. Bake the drained eggplant slices for 20 minutes until tender.
