  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (non-alcoholic)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk in olive oil and add minced garlic.

  3. Place chicken in a large bowl or Ziploc bag and pour marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat; then reduce to medium before adding chicken.
  5. Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
