  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into chunks; add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice strawberries; add to the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice mangoes, then add to the mixture.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and stir them in.
  6. Peel and chop kiwi; add them next, followed by sliced bananas.
  7. Squeeze in fresh lime juice and sprinkle with sugar if desired. Mix well until combined.
  8. Spoon the fruit mixture into plastic cups or containers for serving.
