  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 large limes)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2" – 3/4". Season with salt and pepper.
