- 1 box vegan marshmallow cookies (such as fudge pinwheels)
- 15 wafer rolls
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Boil the almonds in a pot of water for one minute. Drain, rinse under cold water, then slip off the skins.
- Insert the wafer rolls into the cookie holes of the vegan marshmallow cookies, chocolate side down.
- Mix powdered sugar with water until you achieve a smooth, thick glaze.
- Apply glaze around the base of each wafer roll to secure it in place, then add more on top.
- Position blanched almonds pointy side up onto each glazed wafer roll.
