  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (cut into 1.5-inch cubes)

  • 1 zucchini (sliced into thick rounds) (optional)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, red apple vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and optional paprika; whisk until blended.
