  • 24 cupcakes (baked and cooled using your favorite cake mix)
  • Pink frosting
  • Purple frosting
  • Green frosting
  • Jelly beans
  • 4 vegan marshmallows (Bunny Peeps)

Instructions

  1. Bake your cupcakes according to the package instructions and allow them to cool completely.
  2. Arrange the cooled cupcakes in a bowl shape for the basket's base and arch them at the top to form the handle.
  3. Use pink frosting and a Wilton 1M piping tip to pipe rosettes for the basket handle.
  4. Pipe purple rosettes on the base using the same tip.
  5. Switch to green frosting with a Wilton 233 piping tip to create grass tufts on top of the cupcakes.
  6. Add small pink flowers around the purple base with pink frosting.
  7. Sprinkle jelly beans on top of the 'grass' for added color and sweetness.
  8. Finally, place four Bunny Peeps on top to complete your Easter basket look.
