  • 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 oz each)
  • 3 large egg yolks

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for about 8 minutes until lightly golden.

  4. Pour the lemon mixture into the warm crust and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until slightly set.
