  • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
