  • 1 pound cooked seasoned chicken breast (diced)
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 scallions (diced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • kosher salt
  • Italian seasoning
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Radiatore pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), honey, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine the cooked pasta with diced chicken, broccoli florets, golden raisins, diced celery, sliced almonds, and scallions. Toss well to coat with the dressing.
