  • ½ cup sugar or monk fruit
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee (or preferred coffee substitute)
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla almond creamer
  • 23 tbsp homemade cherry syrup (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cherry syrup by combining cherries, water, and sugar (or monk fruit) in a medium pot over medium heat. Simmer while stirring until the mixture thickens and the cherries release their juices.
  2. Strain the syrup into a glass container to remove solids and let it cool completely.
