  • 15 ounce canned Kidney Beans (drained)
  • 15 ounce canned Butter Beans (drained)
  • 15 ounce canned Lima Beans (drained)
  • 56 ounce Bush's baked beans (2 cans, not drained)
  • 1 pound turkey bacon (cut up)
  • 4 small sweet onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until browned; transfer to a plate and drain excess grease.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onions until soft. Stir in brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, dry mustard, and garlic salt; simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all three types of beans with the sauce mixture and half of the turkey bacon. Top with crumbled remaining turkey bacon.
  4. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and pour the bean mixture into a baking dish. Bake uncovered for about 50 minutes or until bubbly.
