  • 6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Split the French baguette in half lengthwise.
  3. Spread each half with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. Generously spread the blue cheese dressing on both halves and top with diced tomato.
  5. Cover with grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle parsley over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
