  • 4 cloves minced garlic

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 large zucchini
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • Heavy cream or milk

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak by combining Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a bag. Season the steak with salt and pepper; let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
