  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 20 oz package of cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coat chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
