  • 5 cooking apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup melted vegan butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and melted vegan butter. Mix until crumbly.
