  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 oz strawberry Jell-O (or vegan jelly alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish or individual parfait glasses.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  4. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water; let cool slightly before pouring half over the layered parfaits.
  5. Repeat layers: add remaining cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and the rest of the Jell-O.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
