  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Optional: red chili flakes, chopped green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional chili flakes. Stir well.
  2. Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly covered.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook coated chicken for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain well.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken and sauce; toss gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and optional sesame seeds before serving hot.
