  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 ½ ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ½ ounces shredded gruyere cheese
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces baby spinach (cooked and chopped)
  • 8 ounces artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add chopped spinach, artichokes, minced garlic, mozzarella, gruyere cheeses, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and gruyere on top and bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
