Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, then cover and let sit off the heat for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool Down: Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Peel: Crack and roll each egg gently, then peel the shells off.
  4. Make Filling: Halve the eggs lengthwise, scoop out yolks into a bowl, mix with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Fill Egg Whites: Use a spoon or piping bag to fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
