  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)

  • 2 stalks celery (sliced)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups cooked rice
