  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets

  2. In a bowl, combine beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  3. In the slow cooker, layer the sliced beef and pour the sauce mixture over it.
