  • 4 oz goat cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Hot honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each date lengthwise without cutting all the way through and fill with goat cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix walnuts, rosemary, orange zest, juice, cinnamon, sea salt, and olive oil until combined.
  4. Arrange the stuffed dates in a baking pan and spoon the walnut mixture over each.
