  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 6 ounce package blue mixed berry Jell-o
  • 6 ounce package raspberry Jell-o
  • Fresh blueberries and raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a greased 9×13 baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread half over the cooled crust and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Dissolve blue Jell-o in boiling water; cool completely then layer over cream cheese mixture along with blueberries. Refrigerate until set (2-4 hours).
  5. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over set Jell-o, then arrange raspberries on top before pouring raspberry Jell-o over them.
  6. Refrigerate again for an additional 2-4 hours or overnight until fully set.
  7. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
