  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 small orange
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Blue food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup sliced canned beets
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your popsicle molds by washing them thoroughly.
  2. Blend each layer separately: For each layer, add designated fruits and yogurt to a blender. Pour in enough water for a smooth blend, then mix until creamy.
  3. Fill molds: Pour the first layer into the molds and freeze for about 30 minutes before adding the next one.
  4. Repeat until all layers are filled, then freeze overnight or at least 8 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the mold edges for easy removal.
