  6. Roll out each dough into rectangles about 1/4 inch thick; layer them and roll tightly into a log shape.
  7. Chill again for at least 2 hours before slicing into rounds.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
