  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Pat the beef chops dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
