  • 1 avocado

  • Salt & cracked pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of oregano

  2. Boil the eggs for exactly 7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel and halve them.
