Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine garlic, dill, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and cayenne (if using). Blend until smooth. Season with salt to taste and refrigerate.
  2. Mix minced garlic with spices and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub mixture onto chicken thighs.
