  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1/3 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix gently until just combined.
