  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 small onion (minced)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 6 slices turkey
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
