  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried oregano
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Trim visible fat from the beef and cut it into cubes.

  3. Place the beef cubes in a Ziploc bag with the marinade; ensure they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight.

  6. Allow kabobs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
