  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz each)
  • 3½ cups cold milk
  • 1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz), thawed
  • 1 can lemon frosting (16 oz)

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mixes and cold milk for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers, add another layer of crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture on top.
  6. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Microwave the lemon frosting for about 30 seconds until pourable, then spread over the top layer.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
