  • Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

  • 6 cloves garlic, pressed

  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
