  • 12 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 large Onion (diced)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 (15-ounce can) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (15-ounce can) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Tomato Paste
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 12 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (shaved, shredded, or fresh grated)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté diced onions until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and water; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Add uncooked bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  8. Stir in ricotta cheese and top with mozzarella and Parmesan before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley.
