  • 1 pound ground lamb (or a mix of ground lamb and beef)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • Fresh parsley
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Water (to thin the sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chopped bell pepper, chopped tomato, and parsley.
  4. Spread the lamb mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy and browned.
  6. Prepare tahini sauce by mixing tahini with garlic, lemon juice, salt, and water to desired consistency.
  7. Serve hot with fresh vegetables and tahini sauce drizzled on top.
