  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
